Muscle & Hypertrophy

Muscle growth and Hypertrophy are inter related , Muscle hypertrophy is a state when our muscle become fatigue,means we break muscle tissue by performing several sets or reps of a particular exercise, according to me 4 sets and rep range between 8 to 12 is the best for fast muscle growth. There are two type of muscle fibre, type 1 muscle fibre and type 2 muscle fibre,for type 2 muscle we need high resistance or more weight less rep range and for type 1 muscle fibre we need less resistance

Best Time To Take Protein For Muscle Gain

At least you should 20gm take protein in each meal of the day. and in post workout you need atleast 25 to 40 gm protein for better result remember you sould not take any fat during in post workout,for eg if you are taking then remove yellow part from it. and if you want faster result then before sleeping take 100gm of paneer because it contain 24gm slow digesting protein which your body need to rebuild the muscle you broke during workout

Pre-Post Workout Meal

pre-workout meal
is the meal we take before 45 min. of exercis. In pre workout meal u need aprrox. 20gm protein,40gm carbs and try not include any fat. This meal will provide glucose which will provide us energy during workout and prevent muscle lose.
post-workout meal
is meal we take immidiatly after workout session, remember this should contain majorly protein(30-40gm) only we can some carbs (approx. 30g) but no fat as it will slow the digestion of protein resulting in muscle lose

Make Your Abs Visible In Min. Possible Time

Look we all already have abs, now u would say no i dont have any abs, its just that your fat is covering it if you remove the layer of fat it will visible, or u can make your abs muscle more bigger ,now your question will be how we can remove that layer or make abs thicker?

According to me suppliments are like Ananya Pandey.I am veg. i cant eat etc... leave. The neccessery suppliment for begginers is only whey protein for first 5 months and for intermediates required suppliments would be
whey protein,creatine,Bcaa,arginine

  • creatine
    look it will increase your strength gradually remember gradually and help you in gaining lean muscle .Precaution= u must intake atleat 4 to 5 litre of during whole day when u taking creatine otherwise it can damage your kidney remember this.
  • Bcaa
    It contain 3 amino acid which prevent muscle lose during worout and help in increasing muscle mass
  • arginine
    u must have seen bodybuilder veins pop up from arms to chest covering all body. its all the magic of this suppliment.but dont take it more then 10 gm ,as it can cause vomiting if taken in excess
  • Whey Protein
    u might already knew about this one. W.P is the puriest form of protein containing no fat and approx. 2-3gm carbs, making it best in table.

My Journey

I Siddharth Meena started my fitness journey a year ago when i was 18 year old ,exact date ={21/10/2019}, in kota ,Rajasthan. When i started my weight was about 64 kg and height appx. 6feet so u can say i was very lean or thin , I used to do gyming for 3 to 5 hour for my first 3 monts that made me more leaner but my fat percentage become very low that make me looker more muscular i guess, after 3 months i followed david laid youtube chanel , he used to push pull and leg routine, u won't beleive that lead me to a person with 75 body weight with all lean muscle , and perfect v-cut shape in just next 4 months
